This is not a CGI sequence. It was shot with a Nikon EOS 5D Mark III with an old Canon FD lens. All drawings were hand painted in colours and rescanned next. The font was made by mixing and reworking some famous Dan X. Solo fonts. We composed all the pages in Adobe Photoshop, then printed on selected hard paper, water painted the illustrations next to the types, and then we made the book that we shot in one take synchronized with the music.
